Lili Liang Joins RJM Team

RJM Engineering is proud to welcome Ms. Lili Liang, PE, PTOE, PTP to join our traffic group. Lili holds a Masters of Civil Engineering from Montana State University. She is a registered
Professional Engineer in Maryland, as well as Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Professional Transportation Planner, and Temporary Traffic Control Manager.

Lili became a traffic engineer because she has a passion for seeking the best solutions for transportation problems and improving people’s lives. Lili is experienced in traffic impact studies, signal design, signing and marking, maintenance of traffic, transportation management plan, alternative analysis, and safety studies in Maryland, Virginia, and the DC metropolitan area.

We are excited to have Lili as part of the RJM team. We believe Lili is a terrific addition to our traffic engineering group with her knowledge, experience, and passion.

Xin Yi Joins RJM Team

Xin Yi, PE
RJM Engineering is proud to welcome Ms. Xin Yi, PE as our newest senior project manager. Xin holds a Masters of Civil/Transportation Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and brings 11 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her experience has provided her with a well-rounded skill set with an emphasis on civil engineering, planning, and water resources engineering.

Xin’s past projects include multiples sites of the National Harbor where she provided design, entitlement, and permitting services, as well as coordinating with agencies such as Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, and the Maryland State Highway Administration. Other projects have included shopping centers, subdivisions, and warehouses. However, Xin’s favorite project to date was her work on the Tanger Outlets at Salubria Center. She especially enjoyed designing stormwater management, storm drainage, and erosion/sediment control around the 40-foot tall geogrid retaining wall.

Xin is a welcome addition to the RJM team as she adds not only great experience and expertise, but tremendous character as well. We look forward to working with Xin and being part of her successful career for many years to come.
