Who We Need and How We Do It

RJM seeks self-motivated, creative, technically adept engineers with an interest in providing a broad range of transportation engineering services. Our engineers are generalists, giving them the opportunity to learn and grow with every project. We support our engineers’ growth and proficiency through both mentoring and leadership development. You’ll work closely with a mentor on a project-by-project basis, and at the same time will be rewarded for your independence and initiative. As your skill level and self-sufficiency increase, you will be given more responsibility. You will become a leader through a deep understanding of your field, having greater influence and impact on the design, and becoming better known throughout the engineering community.
