RJM Engineering is proud to welcome Ms. Xin Yi, PE as our newest senior project manager. Xin holds a Masters of Civil/Transportation Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and brings 11 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her experience has provided her with a well-rounded skill set with an emphasis on civil engineering, planning, and water resources engineering.

Xin’s past projects include multiples sites of the National Harbor where she provided design, entitlement, and permitting services, as well as coordinating with agencies such as Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, and the Maryland State Highway Administration. Other projects have included shopping centers, subdivisions, and warehouses. However, Xin’s favorite project to date was her work on the Tanger Outlets at Salubria Center. She especially enjoyed designing stormwater management, storm drainage, and erosion/sediment control around the 40-foot tall geogrid retaining wall.

Xin is a welcome addition to the RJM team as she adds not only great experience and expertise, but tremendous character as well. We look forward to working with Xin and being part of her successful career for many years to come.
